Job Title: Administrative Support - Fixed Term

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.

* Post is fixed term - 12 months
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The role is part of the SCS Business Support Team, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Skye House. Responsibilities include processing referrals, managing calls, emails, audio typing, minute taking, data collation, and other ad hoc administrative duties to support the service. The post involves working independently and demonstrating a clear understanding of the service, with close collaboration with the Senior Business Support Assistant.

Applicants should demonstrate competency in computer packages, evidenced by experience or formal qualifications such as ECDL, HNC in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration, SVQ Level 3 in Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge of office procedures and prior experience in secretarial or administrative roles are essential. Full training will be provided.
