Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join their newly established in-house recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to shape executive hiring strategy and partner directly with senior leadership to attract top-tier talent.
Location: Unity Place, Milton Keynes
Hybrid Working: Minimum 12 days per month in the office
Type: 3 Month initial Contract
Day Rate: Negotiable, Inside IR35
What You’ll Do:
Lead executive-level searches and talent mapping
Partner with senior stakeholders to align hiring with strategic goals
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using data and market insights
Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences

Proven experience in executive recruitment, ideally in complex or global environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at C-suite level
Expertise in talent attraction strategies and market intelligence
