About the role:
You will oversee daily routines, manage care plans and assessments, run the keyworker system, and ensure accurate documentation and medication handling is in line with best practices. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, take part in care shifts when needed, and support team development through mentoring and supervision. Your role is key in fostering a calm, engaging, and respectful environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued, while upholding confidentiality, ensuring compliance, and championing Adept’s vision of creating an outstanding place to live and work.
About the Night Manager role:
* Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience is required
* NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential
* Salary of £38,735.00
* 40 Hours a week
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
* Own car required and business miles paid
* 5.6 weeks holidays

* NVQ Level 4+ in Health & Social Care
* Strong dementia care experience
* Driver with own vehicle
