Responsibilities
* As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
* Working alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assisting with personal care, meal times, daily routines and meaningful activities.
* Your support will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive.
Skills and Qualifications
* Compassion, understanding and positivity in supporting others.A commitment to treating people with dignity and respect.Strong communication and teamwork skills.An interest in working with the elderly and knowledge of a Care Assistant role.
* Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be aged 18 or over upon commencement of the role.Eligibility to live and work in the UK (this role does not meet Home Office requirements for sponsorship).
* Medical fitness to carry out physical requirements of the role.
* NISCC registration (or able to obtain within 6 months)
* Previous paid or unpaid experience in providing care in all aspects of daily living.A qualification equivalent to an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
