We are looking for a driven and conscientious individual to join our Administration Team. The role would be equally suitable for someone with experience, or for someone starting out their career in administration.
The core function of the Admin Team is to support and facilitate daily activities for all core functions of the business. This may include:
* Processing quotations
* Raising Purchase Orders
* Loading customer sales orders and completing contract reviews
* Raising Delivery Paperwork
* Generating invoices and credit notes
* KPI's
* Data Entry
* Filing/Archiving/Scanning
The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent numerical and literacy competencies. The role will include communicating with internal and external parties via telephone and email, therefore an excellent manner of communication will be required.
The core hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
