We are the Motor Neurone Disease Association, and together we work with focus and compassion to improve the lives of people affected by motor neurone disease (MND). As an Administrator, you will play an essential part in helping us deliver responsive services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fulfil information requests within agreed timeframes.
2. Manage stock of resources across internal and external locations.
3. Create, update and maintain records on our CRM database and produce reports.
4. Manage new referrals, sending introductory letters and GDPR forms.
5. Support CRM updates, including preparing condolence letters.
6. Prepare and send memory, treasure and teenage boxes.
7. Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and payment.
8. Process feedback forms for the National Support Services team.
9. Update SharePoint with relevant team information.
