Job Description
* Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries
* Lead on complex and sensitive ER casework from start to resolution
* Coach and guide managers on policy, process, and best practice
* Support recruitment activity, including vetting and onboarding
* Contribute to designing and delivering training sessions
* Maintain accurate documentation and case records
* Work closely with the People Manager to identify people-related risks
* Support continuous improvement across HR processes
* Assist with policy updates and compliance requirements
* Provide day-to-day generalist HR advice to employees and managers
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have :
* Strong experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end
* Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making
* Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
* Able to remain calm and objective in sensitive situations
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload
* Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
* Comfortable delivering or contributing to training
* Tech-savvy, with good HR systems and documentation skills
* Proactive, solutions-driven, and keen to help shape a growing HR function
