Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, help to buy, buy to let, and equity release transactions
* Working independently, unsupervised, whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery
* Using a case management system to progress files efficiently and accurately
* Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process
Qualifications
* At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent fee earner
* The ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
* Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience using a case management system
