We are seeking a committed Personal Development Facilitator to support the delivery of our College Personal Development (PD) Strategy. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide learners beyond their technical or vocational studies and play a key role in shaping confident, responsible, and well-rounded global citizens.
Essential criteria
* A relevant Level 3 (or above) vocational or professional qualification.
* Experience supporting learners in a teaching, tutoring, mentoring or coaching capacity.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse groups.
* Confident in using ICT to support teaching, learning and record‑keeping.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering engaging Personal Development sessions in line with the PD Scheme of Learning.
* Planning, developing and reviewing PD curriculum content and resources as part of the PD Team.
* Supporting learners to develop essential behaviours, attitudes and employability skills.
* Maintaining accurate digital learner records and managing initial learner concerns, referring appropriately.
* Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, safeguarding, wellbeing and other support services.
* Contributing to wider College activities including careers guidance, CPD events and student‑focused initiatives.
* Ensuring adherence to College policies including Safeguarding, Prevent, Health & Safety and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
