We are currently recruiting for a: Estimator Based: Springfield Road, Belfast Hours: To fall within branch weekday opening hours of Monday- Thursday 7.30-5 and Friday 7.30-4. About this role: The overall purpose of the Estimator is to prepare and produce estimates from build plan design, translating information into Internal Raptor programme to produce a fully costed material, plant and labour estimate for our customers. The Estimator is to work alongside both our client’s and internal support teams to ensure the estimates are accurate and profitable for clients. Duties to include, but not limited to: Ability to manage estimating for; Extension, Renovation, Loft Conversion, New Build (Standard) Barn Conversion. To liaise with customers, service team, Sales teams and local branch teams demonstrating a high level of networking and communication skills. To liaise with external suppliers for technical support To be responsive to technical onsite queries and support efficiently responding to issues arising from site amending estimates through to build reports and process. To be responsive to administrative and queries relating to estimating, amendments and scheduling of materials.
