As part of our motivated Helpdesk team, you'll play a key role in supporting our engineering operations across Scotland. If you thrive on communication, coordination, and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for client communications and engagement
* Coordinate and communicate with our engineering team
* Schedule planned and reactive maintenance works across Scotland
* Prepare and deliver client reports
* Monitor service levels to ensure contractual and customer expectations are met
* Build strong client relationships to proactively resolve service issues
* Collaborate with Principal Engineers and internal teams to maintain high service standards
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced helpdesk or coordination role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry skills
