An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Services Manager to join the Maria Mallaband Care Group family, as we strive to be the best quality, most highly regarded Care Provider in the United Kingdom.
The Hospitality Services Manager will use their specialist knowledge to ensure the delivery of all the hospitality services to the highest standard. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will supervise all aspects of hotel services, ensuring staff carry out their duties appropriately, whilst promoting a positive and supportive working environment.
You will support the Registered Manager to achieve high service standards, ensuring goals are met through effective management and motivated staff, fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Tasks
1. Maintain outstanding hospitality by providing strong leadership, motivation, and inspiration to your team, ensuring a safe, hygienic environment.
2. Uphold environmental standards within the home by coordinating between housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and care teams.
3. Make decisions in the best interest of the home and residents.
4. Build relationships with residents, championing their experience, feedback, and managing expectations.
5. Provide effective leadership to all hospitality and ancillary staff.
6. Control costs and identify revenue opportunities.
7. Hold regular briefings and meetings with the Registered Manager and Senior Operations team.
8. Ensure restaurant presentation and service meet a five-star standard, working closely with the kitchen team.
What We Are Looking For
1. Experience as Hospitality Services Manager within the hospitality sector (not necessarily healthcare).
2. Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
3. Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting, in a similar-sized property.
4. Excellent leadership skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
