What you'll be doing
As part of our award-winning project management team, you’ll:
* Lead and motivate a multi-skilled team of operatives, subcontractors, and construction professionals.
* Take ownership of specific sections of civil engineering projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.
* Set performance targets and analyse outputs to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Oversee procurement and coordination of subcontractors.
* Review and enhance Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
* Conduct field audits and ensure robust control documentation is in place.
* Develop and manage project programmes, tracking progress and productivity.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable construction.
Who we're looking for
To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing civil engineering projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire ownership and accountability.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to align team performance with budgetary goals.
* A valid driving licence, CSCS card, and SMSTS qualification.
* Confidence in reading technical drawings and solving on-site challenges.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
