An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading, multi-office national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality private client matters for high-value individuals, including celebrities and wealthy business owners, within a firm recognised for excellence, structured training, and long-term career development.
The Role
* You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:
* Inheritance tax planning and estate planning
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Estate administration matters
* Lifetime trusts
* Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients
You will work closely with a highly regarded team, benefiting from excellent mentoring, technical support, and exposure to complex and interesting matters.
About You
* Ideally 3+ years PQE in Private Client
* Strong technical knowledge within a private client setting
* Proven experience advising mass affluent clients on IHT planning, estate planning, and estate administration
* Excellent communication and client handling skills
* Ability to work effectively to deadlines
* Proactive, ambitious, and motivated to progress your career
* Experience supporting business development within a team or firm
* Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
