Clients benefit from a dedicated team and proactive customer care that ensures the highest standards of compliance and safety are consistently met.The Role:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple fire protection projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Working as part of a dedicated team, the role involves direct collaboration with account and contracts managers, providing end-to-end support across all stages of project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of passive fire protection projects across assigned regions
* Ensure compliance with relevant safety and industry standards throughout project execution
* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets using Bolster software to track and report progress
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and resolve issues promptly
* Support the implementation and management of tailored Fire Door Maintenance Programmes
* Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management within the construction or fire protection industry
* Strong knowledge of passive fire protection and fire door maintenance standards (preferred)
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Proficiency with project management software – experience with Bolster is an advantage
* Ability to manage multiple projects across various sites with a hands-on and proactive approach
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool
