We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our legal firm that delivers professional legal services across the East Midlands.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will handle a broad range of litigation matters, providing high-quality advice and representation to clients. You'll work closely with individuals and businesses, delivering practical solutions and playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise and represent clients across a wide range of litigation matters
* Draft, review and negotiate legal documents
* Act on behalf of clients in court, mediations and negotiations
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies
* Maintain accurate client records and case management systems
* Stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
* Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear advice
* Client-focused, approachable and professional
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
