The home also features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon. Our Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Co-Ordinator is both a management and a hands-on working role. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon Home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents, as well as networking within the local community to recruit, train and place volunteers within the home. You will introduce appropriate activities for our residents which support independence and identify activities in the surrounding areas that will assist our residents to integrate into the local community. You will need to be flexible in your working hours and will work on a rota basis covering some weekends.
