Are you ready to lead two high performing insurance teams and make a real impact?
We’re on the look out for a Broking Team Leader to guide and inspire two teams - SME Team & Affinities Team
You’ll be the number two in the Schemes Team, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.
This is more than just managing workloads; you’ll be the go to person for advice, compliance, and problem-solving, while helping your team reach their full potential.
Role Overview:
* Leading day to day operations for two specialist teams (SME & Affinities)
* Overseeing workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining top tier service standards
* Acting as the escalation point for complex client queries
* Coaching, mentoring, and developing brokers to perform at their best
* Collaborating with underwriting, compliance, claims, and finance teams
* Driving process improvements and boosting operational efficiency
* Occasionally travelling between Leicester & Northampton offices
About You:
* Background in insurance broking (personal or commercial lines)
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong communicator with great problem solving skills
* Knowledge of FCA regulations
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards it)
* Experience with Applied Epic or similar broking systems
* A track record of leading teams through change
