Credit Controller Position – North Wales
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Credit Controller to join our leading business based in Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, which serves a global market. We are seeking proactive and dedicated individuals who enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Reaching out to customers by phone and email to recover overdue payments.
* Meeting set KPIs to ensure timely collection of funds and achievement of targets.
* Developing strong client relationships to encourage prompt settlement of accounts within agreed deadlines.
* Communicating clearly with clients about the implications of late payments and ensuring adherence to payment agreements.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all customer accounts.

* Background in customer service.
* Outstanding communication abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
* Self-driven, enthusiastic, and capable of taking initiative, even in a fast-moving environment.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Solid IT proficiency, especially with MS Excel and Word.
* Ability to address queries and calls efficiently and professionally, while working towards set objectives.
* Competence in handling challenging conversations with honesty and professionalism.
Remuneration and Benefits
* Annual salary: £23,809.50

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00
Experience Required
* At least two years' experience in customer service (required)
* Previous credit control experience is advantageous
