<div><h3>Lead Commercial Gas Engineer / Site Manager</h3><p><b>Salary: 48k-50k + Company Van + Pension + Benefits</b></p><p><b>Location - South Wales</b></p><p>We currently have an excellent opportunity for experienced and senior level Commercial Heating / Gas Engineer to join a well-established client who specialise in commercial heating, mechanical services and technical engineering.</p><p>Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Gas Engineer / Site Manager to join their team, with role split across both aspects.</p><p>The role is based in the <b>South Wales region</b>, therefore you will need to live somewhere in South Wales.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><ul><li>Carrying out installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on commercial gas boilers, heating systems, pipework and associated controls.</li><li>Leadership duties – acting as a lead engineer on site, supervising engineers, apprentices and managing day‑to‑day workload.</li><li>Plan labour, materials, etc.</li><li>Lead site meetings and liaise with clients.</li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience Required</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.</li><li>ACS qualifications such as CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent.</li><li>Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills on commercial plant.</li><li>Ideally experience in a supervisory or management type position.</li><li>SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred – training can be provided.</li><li>Project Management experience beneficial.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>South Wales based.</li></ul><p>To apply for this role, please forward your CV to Mike Prew at Alecto Recruitment or give us a call in strict confidence.
