What you'll do:
As a Transfer Pricing Contractor based in London, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a leading Corporate Tax Department. Your primary focus will be on preparing detailed compliance reports that adhere strictly to international standards while also addressing local regulatory requirements. You will collaborate extensively with colleagues from various departments—tax, finance, controllers, and business units—to gather essential data for analysis. By leveraging advanced technology workflows, you will help drive process improvements that make reporting more efficient. * Prepare comprehensive Transfer Pricing compliance reports in accordance with OECD standards as well as specific country requirements, including Master File, Local File reports, and related party transaction forms.
* Collect, summarise, and analyse information and financial data to support Transfer Pricing review processes and ensure accurate compliance documentation.
* Utilise automated technology workflows to streamline reporting processes and enhance the efficiency of Transfer Pricing compliance activities.
* Support the global Transfer Pricing oversight framework by collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure effective governance.
* Assist in monitoring the selection, application, and documentation of Transfer Pricing policies through diligent data gathering, analysis, preparation of meeting materials, project management, and tracking open items.
* Work closely with other corporate teams to ensure all aspects relevant to Transfer Pricing governance are addressed comprehensively.
* Download annual Legal Entity Database information and other relevant datasets required for Transfer Pricing compliance purposes.
* Engage with functional groups within the tax department as well as Finance, Controllers, and business units to collect accounting and income tax information necessary for reporting.
* Maintain thorough documentation and control evidence to support internal audits related to Transfer Pricing activities.

* Proven background in corporate tax finance with an understanding of regulatory reporting requirements relevant to multinational organisations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of statutory accounting principles as well as GAAP standards applicable within the financial services sector.
* Familiarity with banking or broader Financial Services environments enabling effective navigation of industry-specific challenges.
* Understanding of data management concepts including processes and tools used for large-scale financial data analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel—including advanced functions—Outlook, Access) supporting robust analytical work.
