Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a number of Cover Supervisors to work within Secondary Schools across High Wycombe - £150+ per day, immediate starts available.
The successful candidate will have an open mind in covering a range of subjects throughout the day on a daily basis - certain schools willing to offer permanent contracts!

Requirements
QTS/PGCE is desirable but not essential - Past Secondary School Experience is a must!
Responsibilities
* Delivering planned lessons
* Be adaptable to cover a range of subjects at the last minute
* Strong in behaviour management
* Building relationships with staff & pupils
* Helping pupils achieve high performance in the lead up to GCSE exams
