Your Responsibilities
As the driving force behind your local neighbourhood's success, you will:
* Research your target audience and identify opportunities in your area.
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and a deep understanding of their needs.
* Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining close ties with existing accounts, tracking your activity using Salesforce.
* Collaborate with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community-focused team.
* Deliver profitable volume growth and consistently hit your targets.
* Monitor competitor and market activity to ensure you provide the best solutions and insights from the world’s largest Foodservice provider.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a dynamic individual who can not only win new business but also maximize sales with our existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A background in Field Sales or Account Management.
* Commercial acumen and technical proficiency in Excel.
* A knack for building and maintaining relationships.
* A genuine passion for sales!
While a background in food is a plus, it’s not essential. What matters most is your drive and enthusiasm!
