Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Accounts Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary ranges from £30,000 - £33,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Working with the Senior Client Account Manager and providing general assistance with processes and management of the client accounts assistants
* Assistance with monthly reporting for our institutional clients
* Production of CIS tax reports, to be issued to our clients
* Ownership of the non-resident tax process, and payments to HMRC
* Accurate daily bank reconciliation of our client accounts
* Delegation of tasks to the client accounts assistants, where necessary
* Proactively reaching out to our CRM provider to understand necessary processes, when the business requires
* Assistance in managing the credit control function
* Production of expenditure reports to be issued to our clients
* Authorisation of daily client and contractor payments
* Ensuring daily processes are being correctly followed and records are accurate
* Regular meetings with clients to discuss reporting requirements
* Communicating across the business to meet our client’s needs

* ‘MRI Qube PM’ experience is advantageous
