At Mantis we are looking for someone highly driven, ambitious and technically sharp who is ready to play a key role in delivering low‑carbon retrofit and energy efficiency solutions to domestic buildings.
As a company, we have grown to an exciting point since being established in 2018 and are continuing on an ambitious high‑growth journey. As our Retrofit Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of domestic construction projects while helping drive our shared vision of meeting the UK’s 2050 Net Zero Carbon Targets for Buildings.
As Retrofit Construction Project Manager, you will become an integral part of a friendly and dynamic design & build contractor based in the heart of Wilmslow town centre and will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the business.
The role will primarily focus on managing the delivery of domestic construction and retrofit projects of existing buildings. Whole house retrofit, extensions, loft conversions and commercial to residential conversions.
This role is about ownership: leading the delivery of PAS 2035 compliant retrofit projects, coordinating technical teams and installers, working closely with clients and residents, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
Typically, your projects will involve the retrofit of domestic properties across social housing portfolios, private rented sector homes and owner‑occupied properties. Measures may include structural works, fabric improvements, low‑carbon heating systems, ventilation systems and renewable technologies delivered under a whole‑house retrofit approach. We anticipate that you will take great pride in the quality of your work and all associated project deliverables.
