An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join a successful Investment Management Company based in the Cotswolds.
Evenlode Investment Management invests in the shares of high-quality companies over the long-term on behalf of both individual and institutional clients. Evenlode was founded in 2009 and has since grown from a start-up managing less than £1m of assets to a team of 36 talented and motivated staff looking after more than £4bn of client money. The company currently manages three mainstream funds focused on income and growth.
At Evenlode we see ourselves as the bridge between our client's savings and the companies in which we invest, and we take this stewardship role very seriously. Evenlode's basic investment approach has not changed since 2009 (investing in quality businesses when they are attractively valued), but the team has evolved and developed this process over the years and will continue to do so. The Evenlode process provides a clear, robust investment framework, that can be easily explained to existing and potential clients. It enables detailed and team-based investment research and portfolio management decisions to be made, whilst also encouraging long-termism in everything we do, and regular engagement with the companies in which we invest our clients' money.
We are in the business of ideas, and it is therefore the skills and ideas of our employees that are Evenlode's most important assets. We view intellectual curiosity, a willingness to develop new ideas, and the free flow of information across the team as crucial to Evenlode's success, and aim to nurture a strong collaborative culture with individual responsibility at its core. Employee ownership, flexible working hours and a team-based approach all help to reinforce this culture.
