Overview
As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers. The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across busy shop floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping. You will work closely with the management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to customers and ensuring stores look fabulous at all times. You will receive great training tools and product knowledge and have opportunities to develop in a brand where progression is available.
What will I be doing?
* The majority of your time on the shop floor, styling our customers in our latest collections and sharing detailed product knowledge to provide an exceptional brand experience.
* Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensure product is readily available for customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
* Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders as part of your day-to-day, using our digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
* Empowered to make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
* Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and work as one AllSaints team to achieve the best results.
* Greet customers and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit.
* Maintain housekeeping and ensure staff areas are kept to a high standard; show pride in your surroundings.
* Work as one team with peers, seeking feedback to support growth and development. You will constantly interact with customers in-store to provide an exceptional experience.
* Raise brand awareness and knowledge of our style and values to support and influence peers and customers alike.
* Demonstrate a can-do attitude and enthusiasm, engaging with customers and colleagues on busy shop floors.
* Use good problem-solving techniques with pace, empathy and composure under pressure.
* Be tech-savvy, processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools.
* Be aware of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches and advocate AllSaints positively.
* Exhibit excellent attention to detail and confident communication.
* Love fashion and be an irresistible ambassador for AllSaints, believing in the power of a great outfit.
