Line-manage Learning Support Assistants and provide coaching and guidance. Work with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide holistic support. Contribute to the wider school improvement strategy and pastoral care provision. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or be working towards it. Have proven experience working with SEND students in a secondary setting. Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. Be committed to inclusive education and equal opportunities.
