Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertising properties, arranging property viewings and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
* Managing communication between client and vendor, sharing information
* Building strong relationships internally and externally
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
* Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills Required
* At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Excellent sales ability
* High level of customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Strong negotiation ability
* Tenacity and a self‑starter with the drive to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Responsiveness to change
