Join the Antistat End User / Trade Distribution Division as a Sales Account Manager – to manage key accounts, grow new business, and support our commercial success in the ESD and cleanroom consumables sector.
Job Objective
* Manage and grow assigned accounts within a defined territory
* Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
* Support team sales targets through account planning and strategy
* Deliver strong customer service across all client interactions
* Promote Antistat’s full range and corporate values
* Prepare and present sales proposals and reports
Relationships and Roles
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Build strong relationships with end-users and trade distributors
* Conduct regular client visits (UK & occasional EU travel)
* Attend events, exhibitions, and campaigns when required
* Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and sales records
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments and projects
Job Specification
* 2+ years in sales or account management
* Proven track record of hitting sales targets
* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
* Experience managing supplier and customer relationships
* Comfortable presenting and negotiating at all levels
* Salesforce CRM experience (desirable)
* Full clean UK driving licence – willing to travel (UK & EU)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (½ hour lunch)
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum
Salary: Competitive, with a performance-based quarterly bonus
