We’re supporting a world-leading Retail Brand as they launch on a new Online Marketplace – a major, confidential new growth channel. They’re building a dedicated team in their London hub and are looking for new Supply Chain Specialist to join on a 6-12 month FTC/day-rate contract.
You’ll be hands-on with order management, helping get operations up and running during this high-profile launch. It’s a chance to join a fast-moving, collaborative team where things are evolving daily – perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end order processing and support wider EMEA operations.
2. Oversee manual order entry, fulfilment, and issue resolution.
3. Maintain accurate inventory levels and support demand planning.
4. Liaise with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply flow.
5. Support reporting and performance tracking of the launch programme.
6. Assist with process improvements and operational scaling as the rollout expands across brands.
Key Skills:
7. Proven experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics coordination, supply chain reporting analytics and data administration.
8. Comfortable with hands-on, detail-oriented work in a fast-changing environment.
9. Experience with, e-commerce, or FMCG desirable.
10. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
11. Flexible, collaborative, and able to thrive in a confidential, high-growth project.
