In the role of an inbound sales advisor, you will play a pivotal part in our mission to provide exceptional service to customers seeking to register their new appliances. You’ll engage in meaningful conversations and guide customers through the registration process, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
If you live within a commutable distance to our Nottingham office, you will work on a hybrid basis with some days in the office and some at home. We also have remote options for those that live further away.

Shift Pattern
Your shift patterns will rotate between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday-Sunday).
Every system, every process and every Partner is brought to life through a series of eLearning, Facilitator led sessions, Role Reality sessions, Call Listening and Call Taking exercises during the training period. The Benefits Of Joining Domestic And General
