We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to provide strong administrative support for our InterpretersLive! on-demand video interpreting service. Working closely with our InterpretersLive! clients and liaising with both hearing and D/deaf people. Full time role Remote working Monday and Friday. Office based Tuesday - Thursday, 8.30am-5pm in our offices based in Redditch Main Duties & Responsibilities: Provide full operational support for our InterpretersLive! service and client implementation for sales team Customer and Interpreter support Technical support for clients Onboard and maintain Interpreter supply chain Report management information data Manage, arrange and coordinate training requests
