Recruitment Advisor \n\nOur hugely successful and reputable US law firm client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis, housed in convenient offices with great transport links in the heart of the City. \n\n\nSalary to £55,000\n\n\n\nHybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote \n\n\n\nExceptional employee benefits\n\n\n\nSubsidised on-site restaurant and coffee bar \n\n\n\nStunning City location\n\n\nRecruitment Advisor Key Responsibilities: \n\n\nManaging all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process\n\n\n\nWorking closely with Business Services Heads and Partners to identify and meet Business Services and Associate recruitment needs across the London office\n\n\n\nEstablishing and managing strong relationships with key recruitment agencies for Business Services and Associate recruitment\n\n\n\nEnsure that appropriate T&Cs are negotiated, signed and in place, with recruitment agencies prior to commencing any interviews or recruitment\n\n\n\nWorking with the Recruitment Assistant to ensure the timely co-ordination of all interviews for Business Services and Associate roles\n\n\n\nFollowing up with the relevant internal and external contacts after interviews to ensure that feedback is provided and collated\n\n\n\nDrafting offer letters and contracts of employment for all Business Services or Associate roles\n\n\n Recruitment Advisor Skills & Requirements:\n\n\n3+ years' recruitment experienced gained within a global law firm\n\n\n\nDetailed knowledge and understanding of the legal industry as it relates to recruitment and a strong commercial awareness\n\n\n\nAbility to manage multiple roles at once, with a high volume of candidates \n\n\n\nA strong communication with interpersonal stakeholder management skills
