You will support the local Community Highways team in delivering a community-based approach to highway services, aiming to improve satisfaction among elected members and the community. Your responsibilities will include providing first-line responses to enquiries, acting as the primary contact for community highway-related questions, interrogating digital records and GIS systems, and collating information to respond to requests. Additionally, you will support the production of reports and programmes of work.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries
* Business administration experience or equivalent qualification
* Excellent customer service skills
* An ability to interpret maps with good attention to detail
