Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their professional aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional looking to progress within a respected and stable dealership environment with plenty of scope for career progression.
You will work closely with a cracking manager and an ex-technician who is now off the tools and working in parts, giving you expert guidance, practical insights, and strong support as you develop in the role. In addition, the role offers manufacturer training to further enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 – £32,000 Basic Salary

* Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm / 5:30pm (to be discussed at interview)
* 1 in 3 Saturdays – 8:00am to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily parts enquiries from workshop technicians and retail customers
* Source and order automotive parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers
* Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and parts returns
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade customers
* Ensure efficient parts distribution to support workshop productivity
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional dealership setting
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and supplier networks
* Experience using dealer management systems (DMS) preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence preferred
