Offer description

Norwich City Council is seeking 4 motivated and detail-oriented Revenues and Benefits Officers to join our dedicated Revenues and Benefits team. This is a key position within the council, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused services that support the financial wellbeing of our residents and the effective administration of local revenues.

As a Revenues and Benefits Officer, you will play a vital role in the assessment and administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, and Council Tax billing and collection.
