We’re looking for aPeople Business Partnerwho’s not just great with policies and data—but someone who genuinely cares about creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with Village and Service Management Teams to deliver our People Strategy
* Championing employee experience and wellbeing
* Providing expert guidance on employee relations and HR best practice
* Supporting organisational change and culture development
* Collaborating with employee forums and trade unions to amplify employee voice
* Using data to drive decisions and shape the future of our people practices
What we’re looking for:
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Experience in employee relations, wellbeing, and organisational change
* A collaborative spirit and a knack for building trusted relationships
* Confidence with HR systems and digital platforms like SharePoint
* Access to your own transport to travel between Belong Villages
