About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to lead and grow high‑impact partnerships in a fast‑paced, complex environment. You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships, driving partner strategy, and ensuring successful end‑to‑end partner and supplier engagement.
This role requires a strong blend of relationship management, commercial insight, project leadership, and executive‑level stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end partner and supplier experience, ensuring seamless deal integration and execution of account plans
* Pitch to and engage partners, resolve issues, and advocate internally on their behalf
* Drive partner strategy, including new partner and opportunity prospecting
* Conduct partner and industry research and contribute to product and commercial strategy
* Manage strategic relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure product excellence
* Track business and technology performance metrics, develop forecasts, and manage partner engagement insights
* Safeguard and enhance brand reputation through strong relationship and performance management
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in outsourcing or contingent workforce solutions, with a strong focus on supplier engagement and operational optimisation
* Experience working with executive‑level stakeholders
* Proven ability to influence, drive efficiencies, and deliver improvements through best‑practice supplier engagement
* Experience managing multiple, time‑sensitive projects with competing priorities
