We’re on the hunt for passionate and driven General Managers to lead the teams at two of our lively, independent pubs in the Kingston and Weybridge area.
Big Smoke Inns is an independent pub company serving freshly prepared, seasonal food, a rotating line-up of craft beer and cask ale, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. As General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all – leading from the front, delivering standout service, and helping to make every visit memorable.

* Proven experience in a management role within a busy hospitality environment
* A natural leader who motivates and develops their team
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine love of great food, drink, and service
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
What you’ll do
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the pub
* Ensure excellent service standards are consistently delivered
* Support and train the team to deliver their best
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and Head Chef to drive sales and improve guest experience
* Manage bookings and customer enquiries with professionalism and care
