What Does a Recruiter Actually Do? As a Recruitment Consultant, your role is fast-paced, people-focused, and sales-driven. Youll be responsible for:
Speaking to Clients Building relationships with businesses, understanding their hiring needs, and offering recruitment solutions
Sourcing Candidates Using job boards and networking to find top talent
Matching & Placing Pairing the right candidates with the right roles
Managing the Process Organising interviews, coaching candidates, and handling offers and negotiations
Building a Network Becoming a market expert and growing your presence in your niche
Youll act as the key connection between clients and candidates a trusted advisor helping both sides achieve their goals.
Who We're Looking For Were not expecting you to have recruitment experience well train you. But we do need people with the right attitude and foundations :
Minimum 6 months experience in sales or customer service
Confident communicator, especially over the phone
Ambitious, driven, and eager to prove yourself
Financially motivated and results-focused
