Role
Director of Broadcast Commercial Solutions. You will manage and nurture relationships with key clients, to ensure successful project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be solutions-focused, with extensive experience in Broadcast, Production, or Technical Broadcast Operations at a senior level, and a demonstrated ability to grow accounts; lead client conversations; develop, integrate & oversee projects; and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
* Work with the Senior Director, Commercial Solutions, to deliver the company’s commercial strategy
* Develop and maintain dynamic and strategic relationships with key clients, both internal and external
* Oversee Account Management team, ensuring efficient account operations, consistent client communication, and delivery excellence
* Act as the main point of contact for client account inquiries, including budgeting for new or additional projects, scheduling updates, budget review and invoice queries
* Collaborate with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure successful delivery according to client needs, schedule and budget; manage changes to the client’s scope, schedule, and costs
* Work with the Senior Finance to ensure timely and accurate billing across the department and that due process is followed with clients
* Maintain regular contact with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss opportunities for improvement and growth
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing client accounts, “upselling” across all IMG Studios service areas
* Work with Account Management team, Senior Finance Manager and Leadership team to review individual client quotes, revenues and costs to aid an informed view on resulting revenue. Ensure these client forecasts are regularly reviewed and/or adjusted into the IMG Studios ‘Pipeline’ which is a crucial part of the Studios business forecasting
* Contract negotiations, in conjunction with Senior Director, Commercial Solutions
* Delegate for Senior Director, Commercial Solutions as required
Knowledge And Experience
* Proven experience in Broadcast, Production or Broadcast Technical Operations at Senior level
* Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, lead client conversations, and resolve complex issues
* Experience managing or mentoring team members
* Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Work Conditions
* This is a permanent full-time role.
* The role will be based at our facility in Stockley Park, with very occasional requirement to work at our Chiswick Park office.
* May be required to work early mornings, late evenings or weekends to offer comprehensive client service and management support
