What You’ll Do
* Advise on a wide range of legal matters across the investment management business.
* Draft and negotiate client agreements, including investment management agreements.
* Prepare and negotiate distribution and platform agreements.
* Handle diverse commercial contracts.
* Conduct client due diligence and respond to RFPs.
* Provide legal guidance on business initiatives and regulatory developments.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Extensive post-qualification experience (PQE).
* Strong background in asset management, gained in private practice or in-house.
* Deep knowledge of UK and EU legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to asset management.
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
* Excellent judgment, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of ESG regulation.
* Familiarity with cross-border marketing.
