Overview
Royal Mail Post Person Driver – Altrincham. Based in Altrincham. Xmas seasonal position. Pay from £13.07 per hour. No experience required, but a Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
Employer: Compenij (as listed in the description). This role involves driving a manual vehicle and delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses.
Shifts
* Hours: 2pm–10pm, Mon–Sun
* Start Date: 27th Oct
Pay
* £13.07 per hour
* Overtime after 40 hours @ £16.33
* Bank holiday rate £19.59
* Paid weekly
Main Duties
* Sortation of round prior to departure
* Vehicle checks
* Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
* Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses
About You
* Valid UK manual driving licence
* No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
* Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
* Physically fit
* Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
* Willing to complete the Royal Mail vetting process including a basic DBS check (paid for by you)
