How will you make an impact in this role?
This is an exciting and dynamic position of Data Analyst in the MIS & Analytics Team. MIS & Analytics Team is responsible to enable global servicing network process to be the most efficient and effective by establishing the best-in-class MIS and analytics function. The MIS and analytics in scope covers the dynamic and fast paced global credit environment including traditional credit products and new products introducing to the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual with strong technical skills to support tableau dashboard development, reporting packages, and provide insights by leveraging analytical techniques to explain business performance. The candidate will possess a key eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance business performance.
1. Synthesize and organize complex information to provide business insights and perform analytics to understand performance trends.
2. Develop and publish periodic reports to support business objectives.
3. Link analytics and insights to ongoing strategic initiatives.
4. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to identify opportunities for operational & MI enhancements.
5. Support with platform migrations, testing and validation.
Minimum Qualifications:
6. Preferably 3+ years with relevant experience in Quantitative Business Analysis/Data Science
7. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a quantitative field.
8. Proficiency on Hive/SQL is essential with good understanding handling large datasets.
9. Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools especially Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications:
10. Experience working in Credit Servicing, Corporate or Collections environment a plus.
