Process payroll Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of senior staff. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and minute-taking. Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
