Our client who are family-owned business who are well established in their sector based at Frampton-on-Severn in Gloucester, are looking for a Company Admin Support to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in business, supporting the company by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the sales and operations departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Handle all mail in and out of the office
- Purchase and control stock orders of office supplies, PPE and cleaning materials
- Assist in daily office operations
- Process invoices ensuring the accounts department receive accurate and timely records
- Sort and file proof of deliveries
- Support company events, set up meeting rooms and arrange catering as required
- Assist in marketing activities, such as events, promotions and campaigns
- Monitor and action mailbox’s appropriately
