An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join an established professional services business based in the local area. This role is suited to an experienced account management professional, though applications are also welcomed from individuals with strong potential who are keen to progress into a more advisory, client-facing role with training and support.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, effective communication, and strong long-term relationships.
The Role:
This position is predominantly office-based, particularly during the initial period. You will work closely with colleagues to support client relationships, manage renewals, prepare reports, and oversee the smooth day-to-day administration of client accounts. The role offers structured development and the opportunity to take on increased responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
* Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
* Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client meetings
* Manage renewals, contracts, invoicing, and general account queries
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed services
* Identify opportunities to enhance existing client relationships
* Collaborate with colleagues to support client retention and growth
* Assist with complex client requests or escalations when required
