Role Profile: Hire Controller
Purpose: Support Hire Desk Team with hiring / off hiring plant and equipment to customers
Hiring / off hiring plant / equip to our customers.
Help and advise Hire Negotiators with pricing and spec information
Ensuring quotes are raised for every enquiry
Chasing quotes, chasing the sales team and occasionally visiting customers to build relationships
Re-Charges to be managed.
Hire Desk Revenue Reports
Detailed Customer Reports
Responding / resolving any hire related customer queries
Liaising with both the Service dept and Transport dept on a daily basis What qualities and skills you’ll bring
