Project Manager
Hybrid - West Sussex - 2 days per week on site (mandatory)
Daily rate: £550-£650 inside IR35
Duration: 6 month initial contract
Start: ASAP - preferably immediately available
My client, a well known consumer brand, is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who can confidently lead the delivery of high‑impact digital transformation projects across Technology and Business Change, with the ability to flex effortlessly between Agile and Waterfall approaches.
This is a hands‑on, delivery focused Project Manager role - not a Programme Manager.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
* Experience leading tech‑enabled business change
* Digital transformation experience
* Practical Agile experience
* Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing
* Clear communicator with the ability to influence and solve problems under pressure
